Cancellation:
1. As a general rule you shall not be entitled to cancel your booking once you have received confirmation of the same.
2. In the event of the park being closed due to unforeseen circumstances, the booking date may be considered changed at the sole discretion of CRRT.
3. We reserve the sole right to close the park on any day as per circumstance prevailing at that time.
Refunds:
1. You are not entitled to a refund under any circumstance and bookings done on this website are non-transferrable.
2. In case of transaction failure and amount debited but booking not confirmed, refunds shall be credited to account at our sole discretion and shall be final and binding.
3. All refund amounts shall be credited to your account within 3-4 business days in accordance with the terms that may be stipulated by the bank which has issued the credit / debit card.
